The "Breakaway" soundtrack is a perfect segue to the video and to the principles of values. I've been trying for years to launch a similar campaign in my local community. Which has been nearly decimated by violence, poverty, unemployement and drugs. I strongly feel that marketing can be used as a positive and a effective tool to change the mindset and foster awareness in high-risk and disadvantaged youth and young adults. I'm taking a chance and hoping I can share some of my ideas with your organization and encouraged that someone will take interest in my community.

Matter of fact, I wouldn't mind if this ad was the only ad ever shown on TV! The music is heart warming as well as the ad itself. I feel it grip me in a way that not many ads have ever done before.

33	Kat 11 months ago from California To clarify who sang this song first, Breakaway was first released by Kelly Clarkson (Jan 17, 2004) and Samantha Moore's release is July 30, 2009. Ms Moore's album was called Prequel to "Finally": Country Based Songs and was a remake of Kelly Clarkson's original album. Both are good variations! The words sing true...
