Your Everyday Hero: Sue K.

Sue is what you would call a true hero. She has endured many hardships and has successfully overcome adversity. She was only getting 14 hours a week at work while taking care of her disabled son, and trying to keep the bills paid. No matter what was going on in her life, she always had a smile on her face and a caring heart. No matter what I needed she was there for me. She encouraged me to become better than what I was. She helped me through times that I never could have handled without her. She always welcomed me with arms wide open and a smile that would light up anyone's day. These reasons, no matter how small, have made an impact on my life. For all that she has overcome; the strength she has shown; and a caring heart are the reasons that Sue is my hero. Lots of love and happiness I wish for her, for that is all she ever gave me, unconditionally.
