Do you have a personal hero? Tell us about them. It doesn’t have to be perfect to make a difference in someone else’s life.
Share A Hero Story NowWhen you call somebody a hero you love and respect that person; they have shown courage or love in their life. Now William isn't famous but he could have been. Growing up in New York he loved baseball and when he was sixteen he could have played major league baseball, but he didn't. Instead he followed his father's wishes and continued on with his schooling.
Eventually William had 4 children, but if you needed help or somebody to talk to, he was always there. His love and devotion for his fellow man was undying. Whether it was praying with you or throwing a ball around he was always there to help with your problems. He has taken many people into his family showing love and compassion no matter where they came from. William would lay down his life for his family or any other person. Life is short for him now, but the love he expresses towards me and everyone else shows that his life has been filled with love, joy, compassion, and fulfillment. No person could ask for a greater grandfather or friend.
