Your Everyday Hero: John W.

John Wooden was a giving person in teaching values that were created for sports, but could also be used in life. Although I'm a sports fan, he meant more to me than sports. He was a man that had no vices, but to dedicate his life to the success of young people. He was a good man that created the pyramid of success. John Wooden, UCLA basketball coach, recently departed this would, and even though I never met him, my understanding of what he was teaching has done me well and I live my life by his education. It is not often that this type of person comes around and he is missed by many. To him, it was not just sports; but life, attitude, respect, self confidence, achievement and success. I am his fan for all of life and eternity.
