Your Everyday Hero: Eddy G.

Eddy is my 41yr.old precious son, he's a single parent with a son named Alex who is 19yrs.old and works hard and is in college. Through my son and his endless dedication, love, and constant Faith he has reared this child to become an honest, respectful, caring and faithful young man who loves his Family. I have seen many struggles for my Son Eddy but he always remained strong. I am most proud of his dedication to help others. In July, he went to Haiti with his church to work and help the wonderful people that suffered from the Earthquake. He was touched by the sadness and unnecessary living conditions of the people and his heart is HEAVY FROM THE LACK OF ASSISTANCE THESE POOR PEOPLE HAVE. The NC Baptist Men's Association and Franklin Grahams Samaritans Purse Organization helps sponsor their work with building materials and other needed things. THROUGH MY SON I HAVE LEARNED TO FEEL MORE DEEPLY FOR OTHERS AND TO BELIEVE THAT WE AS PEOPLE CAN ENCOURAGE and SUPPORT OTHERS IN OUR LIFE, MY SON EDDY HAS INSPIRED ME THROUGH HIS LOVE FOR OTHERS NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES.HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY HERO AND WILL ALWAYS BE MY HERO, I FEEL SO MUCH LOVE FROM HIM AND I KNOW EVERYONE DOES THAT KNOWS HIM, HE IS A GOOD KIND MAN.
