Do you have a personal hero? Tell us about them. It doesn’t have to be perfect to make a difference in someone else’s life.
Share A Hero Story NowMy daughter is my hero. She was born early and deathly ill, she was not supposed to make it, but she did. She fought for her life in the NICU for 2 months. She has Cerebral Palsy and is a severe quad. She amazes me daily. Never gives up. She is assisted in every thing she does. She never complains, just goes with the flow and is full of laughter and smiles. She is 4 years old. She tries to move in ways she isn't supposed to, she never gives up. I hold her so she feels what standing is like. She cannot hold her head up but if you ask her to pick her head up she does it even though it takes a huge amount of energy for her to do so! She is the perfect example of courage, love and inspires me to be a better person and mother!
