Your Everyday Hero: Adrienne And Don D.

My parents have almost always been there for my sister and I but there have been times they haven't been. Adrienne and Don are actually the parents of a friend of mine and every time my parents couldn't be there or just failed to be, Adrienne and Don just said, "Come over". We had done nothing for them, my mom once tried to pay them for taking care of my sister and I. They wouldn't take it. They give to everyone around them. This past week a friend of their family's found out their daughter Madison, 8, has a tumor. Tonight we were spending time with them and when Madi's vision was messing up her parents had to take her to the ER. Adrienne took the other 2 kids for the night gladly. Adrienne tries to help every one around her, she's a great friend, a great mother, and an overall positive influence. Honestly, I hope I'm like her someday. [:
