Your Everyday Hero: Greg S.

I was at O'Hare Airport to find my business flight had been delayed by over two hours. While sitting at the gate I noticed that an elderly Japanese couple that seemed confused, as their flight had been changed to another terminal. The gate agent didn't speak Japanese. The couple could read English but could not speak it. I got up and motioned for them to follow me, and I walked them over to the next terminal. They were adorable as they shuffled along behind me, arm in arm. When I got them to their correct gate, the man smiled in relief as he read his flight number at the gate. I waved goodbye, and only then, did he realize that I was not on his flight. I was simply "helping others." He bowed to me, thanking me for my gesture. I was embarrassed as I felt others would have done the same thing.
