Your Everyday Hero: Emily H.

Emily, a 13 year old girl, was rushed into a surgery at UVA children's hospital when she was told that she had a massive ovarian cyst. Emily a passionate athlete was not allowed to play any sports but still watched friends and family play all the time. She says, "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger."
