Who Is Your Hero?

Your Everyday Hero: Scott S.

Scott Shockley is a senior at my K-12 school. He was a multi-sport athlete in his junior year. In the middle of the baseball season, he got cancer in his leg. He went through months of chemotherapy and has not let his cancer slow him down. He comes to support our school at many different sporting events. Though he can no longer play, he is the best athlete I have ever watched.
