Your Everyday Hero: Dallas S.

Not born to the best situation, my son came into this world with a heart full of love. He's touched and changed lives like no other I have known. He's athletic. When playing baseball and running laps, he sees a teammate not keeping up with the group, and even though he is one of the fastest on the team, he drops back and runs with the slowest. He calls it a team within a team. He leaves no one behind and he inspires others to do the same. Every day he comes home from school and says "I had the best day ever...ask me why." He is a leader and a motivator. He is my daily reminder to be kind to others and my inspiration to do better. He is only 16, but wise beyond his years.
