Your Everyday Hero: Kelsie B.

I was younger than her and I thought I could swim (but I really couldn't). I jumped in the lake behind my house and I was starting to drown. She suddenly jumped in the water to save me and she was only 5 and I was 4. That is why she is my hero—she saved my life without even thinking about it. Today she is in fifth grade and I am in fourth. She makes straight A's and she is in the gifted class. She is also in the junior beta club. She is my hero.
