Submission Guidelines

Thanks for sharing your hero story with us! We read each story that is submitted to us and publish those that we feel will inspire others.

Please follow these simple guidelines to ensure that your story can be published:

• Supply all requested information
• Check your story for correct spelling
• Check your story for correct grammar
• Don’t use vulgar or profane language
• Keep your story under 500 words

Remember we reserve the right to edit your stories for spelling, grammar and length. We also reserve the right to change the names in the story if we deem it necessary.

Everyday Hero of the Month Contest

Who is your hero? What did he or she do to win your admiration? Maybe it was your hero’s courage, outstanding achievements or noble qualities that touched you. Share your story about your hero and share the inspiration with others.

Your hero could be named as the winner of our monthly "Everyday Hero" contest and featured here on our site and in our email newsletter.

To nominate your hero, fill out the following form. Include their first name and last initial, a photo (required) and their story. Also include your name and email address so we can get in touch with you if necessary to protect the privacy of those portrayed.
