Listening is important to me because if you don’t listen you can’t become a successful leader. If someone is trying to tell you something important and you don’t listen then you won’t know what to do or how to help. Not listening can cause major problems. If a doctor doesn’t listen to his patient he is not going to know what to fix or how to contact with the patient.
