Great thoughts shared here. Preethi means love. In addition to spreading light and positive energies, start spreading love as your name indicates. It would make life greater and the world a better place to live in. Thank you for sharing!

Illumination

A beacon of light over a grey world, a little warmth when chillness pricks, the moon's illumination over the dark sky, a candle glow in the darkest night, a bud blooming with each drop of rain…Certain things that are more felt than touched give us reasons to think that life is all the more beautiful.

Still there are certain things that go unnoticed, and yet noticed: thorns on roses, rocks in riverbeds, dry parched lands in thirst for water, a dried leaf moving in different directions with the wind–much more than we can ever recall.

As I explore the mysteries of my life, battling with the powerful force of destiny, certain thoughts give me a hidden feeling of joy. I have always believed that everything around us has some message to convey, something for me to learn and understand. How beautifully the candlelight spread its rays of light in pleasant warmth on a dark cold night. I observed that the candle's life is only for a few hours but it's flame burned bright and brilliant.

“Spread your light and positive energies as much as you can! Even I battle with the great blows of the wind, be peaceful…tolerant…you are always free to begin again and you're always free to believe. Your light makes a difference always.”

-Preethi K.
