To me, volunteer work is an obligation, not an act of kindness. As long you live on this planet, you have an obligation to take care of it. You would take care of your house, so why not your planet? I'm only in tenth grade, but I made sure with my own high school that I'm made a member of the Key Club as a sophomore; I'll have chances to help out with our environment, our public service buildings, and our fellow human beings. There is no laziness when it comes to caring for Earth, and everything that it contains. Just be like the people in this video, and lend a hand.
