Your Everyday Hero: Bob R.

I cannot think of anyone who is a greater hero to us than Bob. Bob started a charitable organization in l988 to make a real and measurable difference in the lives of America's elderly through arts and music programs that they would not otherwise have any access to! Since then, Bob's organization has brought cheer to thousands of individuals across America, providing some 200 free shows a year, for people who desperately need some joy. I know of Bob's work first-hand as my father (now deceased) was a resident of a care facility where Bob provided regular music programs. I can tell you, my father and the rest of the patients lived for his visits. In an era of selfishness, greed and uncaring attitudes, this young man stands way out as someone who has accomplished something truly heroic.
