Your Everyday Hero: Chloe B.

My daughter, Chloe, is a beautiful little 6 year old with Down Syndrome. I am amazed EVERYDAY when I look at her. She has defied all stereotypes and diagnoses that we have ever assumed with her Syndrome. Her hard work, determination, commitment, ambition, and so many other adjectives that I could use to describe her, have helped me help her become the beautiful human being she is today. On a daily basis she makes new strides. She continually and pleasantly surprises her teachers! She is fully integrated into a state-of-the-art, all inclusive, elementary school program. I thank God everyday for thinking I am worthy of raising such a gift.
