Share A Hero Story NowMr. A was the principal of my middle school and one of the most kind, upstanding and grateful people I have ever known. He treated silly middle school drama and tears with laughter, compassion and patience that only someone who truly cared about his students could muster. His solution for a fight between friends was a break from class to go get ice cream sundaes. He led our entire school by example, through his character and integrity. Even when he fell ill at the age of 33 with terminal brain cancer, he remained forever faithful and grateful for every moment he had with his students and his two month old daughter. At his funeral hundreds of students, old and new, came to commemorate one of the most inspirational and charismatic men they knew. Through our memories with him, we hope one day his daughter will know what a great, honorable and beloved man her father was.
