Your Everyday Hero: Prafulla D.

My mother is my hero. She has always been one for me. Not only has she raised all three kids with love and patience, but has managed to continue this with her grandkids. She worked as a math/science teacher when I was in school. She often tutored children so she could get all the things she was unable to get due to financial limitations. I have never heard her complain that she didn't have something; only saw that beautiful smile that started from her amazing green eyes. When I grow up, I pray I will have the same patience with my children, the same love (if it's possible) and the same dedication to my family.
